When looking for a phrase that would best capture the spirit and contents of our herbal salve, I decided to borrow Alexander Pope's phrase "The Physic of the Field" from a poem about how man can live a meaningful life from studying nature, in this case, "The Physic of the Field" being the wild plants and herbs of the field.
Our salve is made with herbs from our farm such as Tulsi, Yarrow, Comfrey, Chamomile and Beeswax. These Physics of the Field" are nature's gifts for scrapes, cuts, stings, sore and sprain muscles.
