A Taste of History
937-715-2587
Tipp City, Ohio
Clean, fresh, bold, economical(a little goes a long way) seasonings, and heirloom fruit butters made with cane sugar packaged in glass. Apiary/Apothecary products.

We are a small family farm, specializing in gourmet garlic seasonings, fruit butters, many varieties of heirloom apples, herbal teas, salves and tinctures, local raw honey, bee pollen, propolis, and beeswax products. Our intent is to provide the local community with authentic foods and products that are free of preservatives, dyes, fillers and anti-caking agents. We also value the cultural food history of our ancestors. We grow, cultivate and incorporate heirloom apples as a way to preserve the rich genetic diverse agrarian apple history of America. Our tag line is therefore, A Taste of History!
We have recently partnered with The Johnny Appleseed Educational Center and Museum in Urbana, Ohio to grow and propagate an authentic apple tree variety planted by John Chapman aka, Johnny Appleseed, which was found on a farm in Savannah, Ohio. We will offer scions and grafted apple trees for the public from 1994 cuttings of this tree, which will be propagated by Stillwater Valley Orchard and Apiary. 20% of proceeds from tree sales will go to help fund the Johnny Appleseed Museum. See below photo of last apple tree standing that was planted by Johnny Appleseed on an Ohio farm.
