A Taste of History
A veteran (USMC) and former History teacher, owned and operated small family farm, specializing in gourmet garlic, 88 varieties of heirloom apples, local honey, and beeswax products. We use Biological Methods rather than chemical methods in our cultivation practices. We have a deep respect and appreciation for agrarian and local food culture. Our goal is to provide the local community with nutrient-dense food that is also of historical variety. Enjoy A Taste of History!
